When you give me your email address while signing up for a newsletter subscription, I promise to use it only to send you my newsletter, which I do approximately once per month, and occasionally I will let you know about something else I am offering. If you sign up for Motivate me! health tips, I will send you the information weekly. If you'd like to be removed from my mailing list, just unsubscribe or email me and I will remove your address immediately.
I don't sell or give away the email address you give me.
I use Google Analytics to learn which area of the world my visitors are from, which internet browsers they use, and which pages they visit most often. I use the information to improve my website. Using Google Analytics does not give me your name or email address.
This website does not use cookies.
When you provide your credit card or bank information to Paypal, they do not give the information to me. When I receive cheques/checks from you, I don't keep a record of the bank account number.
If you email me, I may email you back or telephone you. Let me know if you don't want me to contact you.
